As an author and an enthusiastic speaker, she loves to inspire people by using humor and real life experiences. We are so excited to have this mom of 7 kids speak life into us this year! LaNissir is funny and real and grounded in the Word of God.
Roxanne Parks
As a speaker and a life-long cheerleader, Roxanne has a deep passion to build, encourage and speak life-giving truths to her audience – all with transparency and levity. We are thrilled to have her back this year as our MC for the event. Roxanne will be speaking on Friday night, so you don’t want to miss it.
Betsa Delgado
Betsa is one of our own, and we can’t wait to hear her at this year’s summit. She is passionate about breaking the cycle of cultural norms and working hard in spite of circumstances. Her faith in Jesus draws her forward, giving her courage to accomplish things beyond expectations.

COVID Precautions
This location has no mask restrictions. Masks are NOT required at this event, however masks are welcome. Hand sanitizer will be available at the registration table, at the coffee table, and at the beginning of the lunch line. Table are socially distanced. Table coverings will be removed and discarded at the end of the first evening. All tables, chairs, bathrooms, and frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned before the event and at the end of the first the evening.
