Speakers

Date: May 17-18, 2024

Location: Mid-America Christian University. 3500 S. W. 119th St in Oklahoma City, OK 73170.

The Conference will be in the MACU Student Center, the main building at the front of the campus. 

Exhibit Hall setup: Friday between 1 pm and 5 pm and Saturday at 7:30 am. Exhibitors can park to unload on the south side behind the Student Center and then will move their vehicles to the southeast parking lot. Here is a map for unloading.

Exhibit Hall open: Friday evening, May 17, 7-8 pm for a guided tour preview only with no shopping; Saturday May 18, 10:00 am to 5 pm fully open for shopping.

Wi-Fi: The Campus has Open Wi-Fi, which is easy to connect without a password.

Booths include:

  • A 10×10 space
  • A table, 6 ft or 8 ft
  • Two chairs
  • Free electricity if needed (you must bring extension cords)

Booths are 10′ x 10′ and come with a table and two chairs but do not come with pipe and drape.

What to bring: Tablecloth, an extension cord, table decor, and anything else you need for your booth.

Hospitality: We will have snacks and water available for Exhibitors

Lunch available for purchase: Purchase a Chick-fil-A lunch here. (Orders close at 10 am on Wednesday, May 15.)

6:00 – 7:00 pm: Quick Start to Homeschooling
7:00 – 8:00 pm: Vendor Hall Preview – No shopping, tour with HSOK representative for new homeschoolers

Saturday, May 18

7:30 am – Vendor Setup
8:30 am – Doors Open for Registrants
9:00 am – 10:00 am: Keynote Speaker
10:00 am – 5:00 pm: Vendor Hall Open
10:30 am – 11:30 am: Master Class Workshops
11:30 am – 1:30 pm: Lunch and Vendor Hall Shopping
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Master Class Workshops
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm: Master Class Workshops
5:00 pm: Vendor Hall Closes and Vendor Teardown
