Group Leaders can fill out this form with a group name. If your group purchases 5 family or 10 individual tickets, your group receives 2 free tickets. Share with your members what group name you used and ask them to add it to their registration. Only group registrations count towards your group’s free tickets, so make sure they identify themselves with your group.
